1. Who we are

TodayHorseRacingTips.com is run by EXQUISITE MEDIA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 13387743), registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE (“we”, “us”). Contact us any time at hello@todayhorseracingtips.com.

2. What this site is

• Our tips and ratings are information and entertainment, produced by our own data model. They are not financial advice and they are never a guarantee. Most bets lose, including ours, and past results don’t predict future ones.
• We are not a bookmaker. We don’t take bets or hold money for betting.
• You must be 18 or over to use this site, and it’s your responsibility to bet legally where you live.
• Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, free help is available at BeGambleAware.org and GamCare (0808 8020 133).

3. Your account

• You sign in with your email address. There’s no password: we email you a one-time code or link. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• An account is for one person. We may suspend or close an account that’s used to break these terms.

4. Premium

• What you get: our full ratings for every runner, the Daily Double, Daily Trixie and Acca, both Place Value lists and the Speed Blots, as described on the Premium page. We may improve or change the selections we publish, but we won’t take away the core of what you’re paying for without telling you first.
• Price: £9.99 a month or £99 a year, or the founder price of £6.99 a month or £69 a year while founder places remain. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay.
• Founder price: it stays the same for as long as your subscription carries on without a break. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
• Renewal: your subscription renews automatically each month or year, using the payment card you gave, until you cancel. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
• Price changes: we’ll email you at least 30 days before any price change affects your renewal, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, Stripe will try again for a short while. If it still can’t take payment, Premium ends.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account (Manage billing). You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t give refunds for part of a period.

6. Your 14-day cancellation right, and refunds

UK consumer law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. For digital content you start using straight away, that right ends once access begins, if you agree to it. When you join, we ask you to confirm that you want Premium to start immediately and that you understand you’ll then lose the 14-day right to cancel. That’s because every pick is published the moment you join and can’t be given back.

Our goodwill promise: if you’re unhappy with Premium, email hello@todayhorseracingtips.com within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll consider a refund of that first payment. This is at our discretion; it doesn’t apply to renewals.

None of this affects your legal rights if something we supply is faulty or not as described.

7. Fair use

• Premium is for your own personal use. Please don’t share your account, or copy, resell or republish Premium selections or ratings, for example in tipping groups or on social media.
• Don’t scrape, copy or automatically download the site, or try to get around the Premium lock.

We may close an account that breaks these rules, without a refund.

8. Our content

The ratings, selections, records and text on this site belong to us (racecard data is licensed from our data supplier). You’re welcome to link to any page.

9. Our responsibility to you

• We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but data can be late or wrong (for example, non-runners, changed odds or results) and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Always check the details with your bookmaker before you bet.
• We are not responsible for any bets you place or money you lose. Betting decisions are yours.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to Premium members, we’ll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
