What we collect, and why

We never see or store your card details: payments are taken by Stripe on their own secure pages.
Who processes it for us
- SiteGround: hosts the website and our database.
- Mailgun: sends our emails (sign-in codes and the daily emails).
- Stripe: takes payments and runs the billing portal. Stripe is also responsible for its own use of payment data for fraud prevention and legal reasons.
- Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel: only if you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these companies process data outside the UK. When they do, it’s protected by UK adequacy rules or the UK’s approved data transfer contracts.
How long we keep it
- Sign-in codes and the IP address that asked for them: deleted within two days.
- Daily email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe (we keep a note that you unsubscribed, so you’re never emailed again by mistake).
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll do it within 30 days.
- Payment and subscription records: six years after your last payment, because tax law requires it.

Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@todayhorseracingtips.com and we’ll reply within a month.
If you’re not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Age
This site is for adults (18+) only. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we’ll update this page, and email members about anything important.
